TrailerWorks / Custom & Branding

Built to your layout.
Wrapped in your name.

Two things the standard spec cannot do: fit a menu it was never designed around, and look like your brand. This is how we handle both.

Custom builds

When standard
will not do.

Some menus will not fit a stock layout. A wood-fired oven, a specific fryer bank, a three group head with a dedicated pour-over station, a site with a two metre gate. That is what a custom build is for.

The process is deliberately boring, because boring is what you want when it is your money: we work out what you actually need, we put a layout and a fixed price in writing, and only then does anyone pay anything.

Wrapping & branding

A white box
is a wasted asset.

Your trailer sits in front of a queue for six hours at a time and then drives down a highway. It is the largest piece of advertising your business will ever own, and an unbranded one is money left on the table.

We apply your livery before you take delivery, so the first shift you trade, you look established rather than temporary.

Common questions

The things people
actually ask us.

Where are your trailers made?
We build to our own standard spec, hold trailers in stock, and finish and brand every one here in Kingswood, NSW — which is how we can hand you a trailer in days rather than months. Want something built entirely to your layout instead? That's what our custom builds are for.
How quickly can I be trading?
If we have your spec in stock, 3 to 5 days — allow an extra 2 weeks if you want it wrapped. A custom build takes 15 to 16 weeks. We will give you a real date, not an optimistic one.
Will it pass my council's inspection?
We guarantee our trailers are all council compliant.
What paperwork do I get?
A receipt, blue slip, weighbridge ticket, the manual and instructions, your Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW), and — if you've opted for gas work — the Certificate of Compliance for gaswork.
Can I inspect before I pay?
For in-stock trailers, yes, and we encourage it. Come and see us at 1B-19 Copeland Street, Kingswood NSW 2747 — by appointment only. For custom builds you get a written layout and quote before any deposit.
Do you deliver?
Collection only. If you need it delivered, the cost depends on the distance from Kingswood — ask us for a quote.
